Judith Weston Acting Studio

Two Lights Cinema

We've been showing movies at the studio - on random Friday nights. It's a blast. Packed houses, wonderful films, high spirits. We have projection equipment for VHS, DVD, PAL, HDTV and an 8 x 6 feet screen.

We started in January 2004, showing features and shorts that have directors or actors (or both!) from our Studio. We call it The Two Lights Cinema Randomly Scheduled, More-or-Less Ongoing Festival of Shorts and Features. We've had high quality films and full houses for every screening, it's been quite glorious. Any of you who have taken classes with me and would like to show one of your films, contact John at info@judithweston.com. We do not pre-screen the films – anyone who has taken class with me is welcome to show their film – the only limitations are the logistics of scheduling.

Here's a list of the films we've shown so far - and those that are scheduled for upcoming screenings. (Full cast and crew credits are not included here - the only personnel listed are those that have been participants in Judith's classes.)

If you scroll down past the list of Two Lights screenings you will find Judith’s extremely personal and probably woefully inadequate list of Great Movies.
